�They walked out at half time against Tottenham when we were getting beat 2-0 and we turned it round to win.
�Crystal Palace fans did the same last week. Look what happened � they equalised in the 97th minute. Fans should stay until the end, regardless of the team.
�Would I like to see a bit more loyalty? 100 per cent. Obviously, it frustrates you. You don�t think about it during the game.
�But when you see the game back and you see the fans leaving, they shouldn�t really be leaving. They should be supporting us no matter what.

i'd say the chances of us going down are around 30% Definitely possible, but unlikely. What happens with the new manager is obviously key.

Not exactly a well-timed piece.
If the team provide soemthing worth watching, fans will cheer and fans will stay. If the team provide the usual apathetic, abject display, those who paid to watch, as they would at the theatre, a cinema, a concert, have every right to naff off early. Why prolong the pain of watching the shit the club serve up when you could be miserable and not have to wait fucking hours for a train?

It's fantastic how this idiot uses the comparison of our recent game with Palace claiming their great fans stayed to the end and got behind their team to help them get a point, well Andy they were only 2-1 down with minutes to go against a shit team like us
We on the other hand were 4-1 down at home to a good team like Liverpool and the likelihood of us getting three goals in the last 15 minutes was zero useless streak of oiss

He was asked a direct question about people leaving early. He’s answered it. I suppose he could have trotted out the media trained bullshit about people paying their money and blah blah blah, so as not to offend anyone, but I’m happy enough with an honest response – even if I don’t agree, other than the bit about them being to blame.

Probably left early to cut down the 30 minute walk to the world class transportation links.
Honestly nobody can criticise anyone for walking out of that first half performance- at least the support turned up , which is more than the players did.
